Requirement:
- Male only
- Degree holders only in any field
- Good telephone etiquette
- Good command of spoken and written English language and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to handle customer calls, complaints and enquires effectively, courteously & professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office
Job Description:
To attend all incoming contacts and assist customers in their specific enquires
- Use effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, call backs, holds and unintentional disconnects
- Provide information accurately
- Ability to up-sell and cross-sell company’s services
- Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
