IT Officer

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide support and help to trouble shooting of network, software and hardware problem;
* Format PC, reinstall require device drivers and software’s. Backup & restore data before and after format;
* Coordinate with supplier and users for repair items;
* Check, prepare and collect daily backup tape;
* Check, prepare and collect weekly external backup hard disk.

Job Requirements:

* Possess Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent;
* At least 1 year experience in similar capacity with knowledge of system administration, networking and software and hardware support;
* Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
* Candidate should be independent, initiative and able to work in a fast-paces environment with a minimum supervision.
