Job Description:
Perform Onsite Or In-house Support/Breakfix to corporate customer.
•Handle maintenance and troubleshooting for printer and related IT equipment.
•Participate in any project deployment roll out.
•Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to meet against SLA.
•Share solutions with teammates to build on the collective knowledge of the team and increase responsiveness

Job Requirements:

Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, strong problem solving skills and able to work independently.
•Experience in a Support, Maintenance or Development role is desirable.
•Sound knowledge in IT problem solving - diagnostics and troubleshooting.
•Able to work independently as well as team player Highly adaptive, able to multi-task and flexible in progressive work loads.
•Able to work with minimum supervision, dedicated, result oriented and hardworking.
•Good discipline and work attitude - Ability to work with people of all level.
•Strong customer service orientation.
•Willing to travel extensively and posses own transport.
•Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
•At least 2 years of working experience in the IT related field.
•Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
•Expected salary RM1600 - RM1800
