Production Supervisor

To lead a team of production operators & line leaders to meet production targets
Interact with supporting groups to achieve targets
Manage resources efficiently to achieve company objectives
Ability to organize and manage production floor independently
Maintain good housekeeping and discipline, foster a conducive working environment as well as to perform other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in any related field
Must have at least 2 years supervisory working experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with support groups & other departments
