• Support the Project Management Office with day to day administration and co-ordination tasks.
• Ability to document minutes in MS word/draft presentations/update status reports within XLS.
• Application testing, deployment and implementation.
• Ability to direct and co-ordinate consolidation of documentation [e.g. CV’s for interview process]
• Ability to co-ordinate project meetings and maintain diaries;
• Ability you drive process and procedure implemented by the PMO [e.g. new heirs, etc]
• Ability in maintain the company portal.
Requirements:
• Salary Range: RM2000 – RM2500

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
