Operations Executive

(Bandar Sunway/Port Klang/KLIA)

Responsibilities:

• Lead team of warehouse & logistics staffs and organize work adequately.
• Initiate teamwork and communication between internal staffs as well as with other dept.
• Ensure all warehouse & logistic operation comply to Custom LMW regulations.
• Perform freight cost control & shipment process.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Experience in Sea freight / Airfreight / Shipping industry.
• Preparation of shipping documents e.g. bill of lading, COO, Arrival Notice, Pre-alert, invoice etc.
• Coordination with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
• Familiar with HS code, customs, government agencies rules & regulations would be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge in computer software packages.

SALARY: RM1500-RM2500
